Is Sakura becoming or taking to be The Heroine in Naruto manga by Kish is because she is being a Medic-Nin?

What if she dont be a medic-nin, but becoming like Temari or Ino or Hinata.?

Is any other criteria exist for someone to become a heroine in Naruto beside being a Medic-Nin?

Yes, become a medic-nin is like a ticket to be main heroin also, medic-nin can be a caretaker if MC is injured and they will always get side by side, plus in Naruto, medic-nin can learn chakra storage seal to used it in serious condition.

What can Ino or Hinata do if Naruto or Sasuke is injured or daying?

The medic is strong/suitable bridge for Kishi to developed his main heroine,

But if that the only criteria, that mean other kunouchi is unlucky
