So let's say, Sakura or Tsunade were near Gai at that time and had full chakra. Lets also say that they could stop Gai's 8th gate. Are you saying that they shouldn't? In a case like this, either Naruto or Gai's arch will be violated. Take your pick

Guy didn't die but his foot that was saw turn to ash seems to have grown back... as for Sakura AND Sasuke, I am wondering of their fate. Naruto is playing out almost exactly like a game called Suikoden II, and near the end the heroine dies (but can be saved through steps) and the two heroes (one turned bad then good again) fight and the Sasuke-like character dies (but can also be saved through steps).

Are you suggesting that Hagoromo's selfish wish to end the cycle of hatred should be wasted?
Are you suggesting that Naruto's selfish wish to stop Obito/Madara's from killing his friends should be wasted as well?

Are you suggesting that the heroes's oaths should lose meaning so the sacrifices regain meaning?

With Sasuke having the Rinnegan and Yin release, yes he really should but that would mean Sasuke would die.

I don't think it kills the user, so long as the user has enough chakra, the sole reason nagato died was the immense amount of people that were brought back along with him having exhausted all his chakra. With obito, he had the bijuu's extracted from him leaving him exausted as well. Also I believe how long the person has been dead affects the outcome of the user.

The only reason Obito is living is because of: 1) The Gedo Mazo was still inside him when the Bijuu were extracted; 2) BZ was attached to him after he performed Rennei-Tensei. Kishi was plot-saving him so he could help Naruto. If it was anyone else then they'd be dead, period.
