This picture is what looks to be Sasuke having a Sage Mode of some sort (new facial features). It looks similar to when he had CM but the his body isn't shaded in that dark color like his CS2 form was. Sasuke having SM... You may discuss.

Fact is Hashirama did give Sasuke a jutsu. Whether this scan is real or not doesn't change that fact. However, after the fake scans floating around the board yesterday I am taking any "spoiler" with a grain of salt until chapter 670 is officially released.
