[Discussion] The Hatake Clan

Yes there is a HATAKE clan. Only thing is the members have not been shown on the screen yet.
Same goes with Minato, Namikaze clan exists too.

Because until recently I did not think there were any more members of the Sarutobi clan only for them to line up in the war.

I don't understand why that means the Hatake and Namikaze names are clans. There has been very little evidence thus far to suggest they are clans.

Sarutobi clan is completely different. Firstly, Kishi already specifically stated they are a clan back in chapter 533.

As you can see, their clan has always had a very special relationship with the Nara, Yamanaka, and Akimichi clans.

But in the case with Hatake and Namikaze, there has been nothing in the manga to suggest that they are clans. Now, I'm not ruling out that the fact that they are clans - they could still be clans - but thus far, manga hasn't said so.

There is no Hatake Clan it's just a plain old regular family. Not every Ninja has a Clan.

Konohamaru is Hiruzen's grandson and Asuma was Hiruzen's son. Hasn't been confirmed if Konohamaru is Asuma's son although I can't recall how Konohamaru took the death of Asuma..

Asuma was his uncle not his father it was said in the anime and in the manga forget what chapter ..Asuma's only surviving heir is the baby being born to Hinata's teacher Kurenai.

Don't think Kakashi had a clan. Same goes for Jiraya, Oro, Sakura, Minato and a lot others. Some just don't have clans or they probably isolated themselves from one.

Every single person in Naruto with a surname has a clan. As the clans name is used as surname in Naruto.

You cant really relate every surname to a clan...
Kabuto Yakushi, he got his last name from the women leading the orphanage.
Don't see her having a clan...

Although Sai has a similar looking blade , it does not use chakra and more importantly the chakra coming from the sword is white. The fact that Kakashi received the blade from Sakumo raises the question of 'Where did he get it from?' and also the question of 'Why is Kakashi's chakra white similarly to Sakumo?' These two questions can be easily answered if we assume that Kakashi was part of a clan , most likely the Hatake clan.


There have been many articles and studies done to test and attempt to find which gene is for intelligence (such as

) and the conclusion many have reached from these studies is that the neuron connections required to think and learn can be improved by genes giving them a type of "intelligence" so to speak as they can think and learn better than most.


I will admit that Kakashi has trained an awful lot to get to where he is now, however your genes can vastly improve the way in which your physical grow works - for example myself, I am too lazy to do sports but thanks to the athletic build that I inherited from my mother I can run, jump etc. above average and when I do exercise I build muscle strength and stamina much faster than many of my friends.

you have to excuse me, genes do have an effect on the way you develop yourself.
But they are random as **** man.
For instance if you let 2 blond people have a child, the child might even have red hair.
same goes for intelligence... 2 utterly retarded people can still put a heck of a smart
boy/girl on the planet and visa versa.

So veggetta13 , you fail to see how genes of intelligence from Shikamaru's father could likely have been passed down to him?
I do not think that it is just by chance that both Shika's are the two most intelligent characters in the manga so far.

no fail dude, we speak about naruto manga so, so far no K.G. regarding intelligence. Assuming the White Fang, because of the terribly short info provided, most probably was an excellent tactician x e.g.( would be much better for u to sell the idea to the masses XD)

but can it be that al charachters in the manga have grey/white hair ? ( could be from the hatake clan )
kakashi's father his name was the white fang
kakashi has the same color hair

Lool fine, saying intelligence is a kekke genkai is a bit far fetched i know but I'm telling you that it can't be coincidence! XD
