The idea is that they all have the same sharingan and all of them look the same. The guy with the many sharingans on him is simply older than Shin. I guess it's some combo of Suigetsu, Karin and Juugo DNA and that is the reason why the picture of team Taka is in spotlights. If you noticed in chapter 5 in the meeting Sakura is pregnant. That is why there is no report of Sarada's birth. Simply this meeting "never happened".
