Unlike what Naruto thought , the guy doesn't use Sasuke's Amenotejikara.

Like Sasuke said , the guy marked the sword before teleporting it , unlike Sasuke the guy has to put a marking on something before being able to teleport it.

Like the guy said , it's an eye power , so it is a mix of FTG and Amenotejikara.
The guy uses the seal on his hand to connect objects to his sharingan.

You are right , he clearly used his telekinesis to make the sword move from Sasuke's hand to Naruto's stomach.


That would also be how he has the ability to restrict movements , when something that he marked is in contact with something else , he would be able to use telekinisis on the 2 objects that are both in contact with the marking.
When Sasuke and Naruto were hit by the guy's weapons , he became able to control their body with telekinesis and make them unable to move.
