Naruto moved so fast that Madara didn't even have time to stop his lightning jutsu and had to resort to limbo, which he could not use against Sasuke at that moment.


Feat wise, they're about equal, or Naruto's slightly better since Madara was turning to Sasuke's direction as seen by the motion lines.

This is potentially blitzing Madara if he didn't have limbo right in front of him VS actually blitzing him when Limbo's restricted and wasn't initially facing him.


I think Naruto's physically faster considering that Naruto's powerup is specifically senjutsu while Sasuke's isn't, meaning he should be physically superior while Sasuke's focus should be in dojutsu, not speed.

Madara didn't move when NAruto went in to attack. He still had time to turn around and use Limbo. He was also busy tracking Sasuke. Madara is the fastest character unless you think Narutos blitz meant something when he didn't land a hit.

Not only that but you're looking at it 1 way. Madara was actually running away from Sasuke. He was using his full speed and Madara is the fastest character. Sasuke even had to catch up from failing his s/t jutsu because of the radius.

Madara has never traveled full speed against Naruto but always has reacted to his attacks. The only hit Naruto landed with his speed was the 1st punch and rasenshuriken against a weakened Madara.

Sasuke even has his new s/t and landed a clean hit on Madara something no s/t user can do. Just because he has senjutsu doesn't mean he's faster. Madara seemed like the faster one than Hashirama. If anything Naruto and Sasuke are equals in speed, but Naruto has no good feats as of now to suggest he's faster than Sasuke.

I'm not going to underestimate Naruto but the only tight situation was the 1st time he dodged Limbo. Madara was completely off guard that he could dodge it. The 2nd time NAruto couldn't react to it by himself and got stunned in the last chapter. Madara is also fighting two opponents at once so it makes sense he had to use Limbo against Naruto. Yes truth be told Madara would have had time to use Limbo if NAruto didn't seal it but Sasuke still managed to hit him. So I'm going to say their foot speed is equal but the s/t gives Sasuke a edge. More chapters needs to be shown but the fact Sasuke hit Madara.... shows he's above all current shinobi in speed only parred with Naruto, Gai and Madara.

We don't know how fast base Sasuke is to base Naruto because like you said every ninja knows the body flicker jutsu. When a ninja uses that jutsu they are not using their base speed.

The scene did not happen as fast as you claim. Madara was flying towards Kakashi. When Madara reaches Kakashi's location he grabs Kakashi's sharingan as he flew by. He then implants the sharingan in his eye socket and stopped. We don't see him stop because the scene shifted to Sakura and Obito. You also must understand we don't how much time was spent on Sakura and Obito. I know Madara had stopped moving because when the scene shifted back to him we see him standing right behind Kakashi as Sasuke attacks. If he was still moving then there would have been a greater distance between him and Kakashi.

I believe that Madara could have avoided Sasuke's attack if he wanted! He just didn't care.. Would you care if you had instant regenaration? We have seen Madara react to FTG! His reaction speed is incredible! Sasuke is still not faster than FTG which is the speed of light!
