. It's the most powerful Sharingan genjutsu, so much so that it allowed Shisui to control people into doing what he wanted without them knowing, making them believe they were doing it out of their own free will.
I don't think anything matches this. It even broke Itachi out of Kabuto's Edo Tensei control. It doesn't even require direct eye contact seeing as how Danzo used it while the eye was wrapped under bandages.
