Deidara's Explosion Release doesn't even come close. Especially given that his C0 is a suicide technique.
Pain's only way of coming close to Madara's DC is using CT, which substantially drains his chakra.
Sakura is pretty obvious.
Gai's attacks aren't truly destructive based. They are more based on lethal blows toward targets.

Not only does Madara have more DC, but he doesn't have substantial drawbacks to perform them.
