Hashirama wins. Madara already stated the Gokage are weaker than Hashirama and Kyuubi's chakra makes no difference as Mokuton suppresses Bijuu chakra and Wood Dragon absorbs it.
Mokuton does suppress bijuu chakra but firstly speaking, it will increase the speed, power and strength of the Gokage to a whole other level so they should be able to counter Hashirama's mokuton if they were able to counter Madara's since despite Hashirama being a better user of mokuton, getting Kyubbi cloaks will balance the skill gap out.

did you see the full fight? no? then you cannot say that. what he was trying to say is we know almost nothing about how hashirama fights or what his speed and strength is
Actually all Hashirama has to do to kill Onoki is bind him together with wood and he won't be able to use his arms to form jinton. Hashirama could use the May Fly technique to go underground to escape jinton. Anyhow Madara already implied that Hashirama was much stronger than any of the current five kages so saying Onoki soloes is illogical.
I guess the five kages win since the Kyubbi chakra will enhance jinton, lava release, A's speed/power, Tsunade's healing abilities and Gaara's ability to create sand. With all this, they should be able to overcome Hashirama's mokuton IMO because bare in mind the Gokage will become three times stronger than they were when they fought Edo Madara. So Gokage win mid difficulty. Without the cloaks, Hashirama would win high difficulty.
