[Theory] The God fruit blooms

In the last chapter, Madara said that the God fruit blooms only once a millennium.

Now, we know the last fruit to bloom was eaten by the Sage's mother. And we all know that the Sage's story took places hundreds of years ago.

The new info given is setting the stage for the Sage to make his appearence, Naruto getting some of his chakra absorbed by the God tree will weaken him, and that might give Gyuki the reason to give Naruto some his chakra.

And now that Naruto has all the Tailed Beasts' chakra and is theorized by the Tailed Beasts to be the Sage's reincarnation, the Sage might appear inside Naruto's mind with very valuable info, the next blooming of the God fruit.

A lot of people have already theorized this, but without reason of course.

Naruto has not gained enough power to be able to go against the God tree, we all know that. He is incredibly powerful for sure, but still not at the God tree's level.

Unless, he were to gain power from the God tree itself, by eating the God fruit.

The God fruit can be assumed to be incredibly powerful, giving the Sage's mother enough power to single handedly put an end to a world war.

This power, enhanced by the power of the Nine Tailed Beasts, while under the guidance of a jinchuuriki, may be enough, or even more, to put an end to the war.

This is just a theory, nothing conclusive of course.

But let me know what you guys think. Do you think Naruto will eat the God fruit? Or will he use what power he has to end the war?

I don't see kishi doing something so simple like that. I could see the sage appearing in Naruto's mind and talking to him, but eating the fruit just wouldn't do this fight justice.

Well Look at it like this. If naruto eats the god fruit hell be the strongest shinobi in the world hands down. If he becomes the strongest then that doesn't leave very much room for another arc because noone will be able to match his power. And kishi already said this manga has a long way to go.

No, Naruto will be weakened by getting his chakra absorbed, and the Tailed beasts all agree to Naruto being the Sage's reincarnation.

Centry = 100
Millenium = 1000
