Alright, first of all, the water dragon tchidori made, he used lightning jutsu, to electrify it, so range doesnt matter, and the wind gave it speed but anyway... Mist jutsu is where you are standing nadare, mid-range, so you're the only one in the mist as it doesnt reach T-chidori, and no, you cant have it where you want. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there has been mistakes since the first move... learn to RP properly... use good description..

I didnt mention names.. T-chidori almost didnt use any description at all, as for you, you used after each move. about learning how to RP properly: follow the rules, the jutsu says mid range, that means if the opponent is standing in longe range, it doesnt reach him, same goes for all jutsus.

He is correct about the mist jutsu, you make the mist around you, not around your opponent. Its the same as the Kage Bunshin's, the spawn near you, not where you want them to spawn. No where in the jutsu's description does it say you can place it where you want...it just says it covers the area in a thick fog.

and show some respect, he's a moderator and apparently he knows more then you do.

well its not all about mid-range guys dont u remember zabuzas mist?(2nd one) in the bridge it almost covered the hole f* bridge(afcource not but mostly) so wherever they fought there was mist even with naruto even with sakura all of them were in zabuzas mist if chakra is putted more then the usual in the jutsu its range becomes bigger =\
