Who do you think is the greatest character in Bleach? IMO it's Rukia and Aizen!
Rukia is the best female character in any manga/anime I've seen! (well shares that place with Mina Tepes) :

I agree with you on best female character Rukia wins that hand down with Yoruichi coming in at a close second.

My favorite all round character is Ichigo.
