Have you ever noticed that the Chakra Chains of the Gedo Mazo look eerily similar to the ones Kushina used to bind the Kyuubi?

If we magnify the images we can see that the appearances of the chakra chains are exactly alike from the shape right down to the thorny/spiky sides of the chains:

Kushina's Chains:

Gedo Mazo's

You might ask what is the connection then with Rikudou Sennin?

Well many assumed before that Tobi's chakra chains were his and Madara's jutsu, however that is not so:

The chakra chains were Rikudou Sennin's jutsu

It makes logical sense that it was Rikudou's since it came from the Mazo

And since the Jutsu was also an Uzumaki jutsu, then it's logical to conclude that Rikudou Sennin himself was an Uzumaki.

In fact if we examine the Gedo Mazo closely

1) THEREFORE the two chains ARE the same jutsu
2) THEREFORE the two chains come from the same place
3) THEREFORE that place must have been the great sage of 6 paths.
4) THEREFORE it's the sage's jutsu originally and both the Gedo Mazo and Kushina somehow inherited that technique from him.

I think you're really stretching facts to jump to some conclusions that don't make a lot of sense.

Also the spiral thing is getting a bit silly. Not every spiral has to be an uzumaki symbol, it could JUST be a spiral. Was the eldest son an Uzumaki because he had spiral eyes?
