In the *********** translation, Kaiko mentions 'The Garden' to Furuta. I wonder what the garden is? Maybe its just a reference to the CCG or perhaps its something else? Perhaps a V training ground? What are your thoughts?

Re:planting and Watering the Flowers in the Garden

It's been referenced multiple times throughout :re. It's the CCG's special gifted class.

Ihei Hairu and one of the new Quinx, Ginny, were also enrolled in this training facility of gifted future investigators.

The CCG (on behalf of V) established the Garden to nurture these prodigies. It was probably heavily inspired by Arima; their goal is to mentor students who can potentially surpass Arima.

Hairu and Furuta's awkward manerisms indicate that they spend the entierity learning how to execute ghouls.

Notice how they all look up to Arima.

Re: planting and Watering the Flowers in the Garden

Do you think Furuta is a clown nonetheless though?

Absolutely

Thinking about that: Since the CCG begins nurturing these Garden agents as children, the Clowns must have been aware of this program before it began for Furuta to be in the same class as Ihei and Ching-li.

I wonder how.
