I think after the war Sasuke would say he doesn't need him anymore and kills him with Amaterasu. Or Sasuke will pull a Part 1 Sasuke move and lets Orochimaru live. And the choices Sasuke made in part 1 were horrible.

When I said pull a part 1 sasuke I meant sasuke will make a bad decision, since he made bad decisions in part 1

Orochimaru is immortal so how can Sasuke kill him and Orochimaru doesnt use his all known Jutsus. He is a master of Forbidden Jutsus. For the sake of the Manga before the author dies there will be a fight within Naruto and Orochimaru where orochimaru will die.
