The future of Five Great Village's power is unbalanced

Naruto and Gaara represents their respective villages new generation, both of them are kage level and beyond. From them alone we can assure that the future of Konoha and Suna has strong foundations. But what about the other villages?

The only shinobi's Kishi introduced that could be from same generation is Chojuro from Kiri, Kurotsuchi from Tsukigakure, Karui and Omoi from Kumo. Does anyone of them hold potential to be a kage in the future?

Anyone wished Kishi should have introduced more new generation prodigees from the other villages too?
It will be interesting to see some young kage level ninja from other villages go toe to toe against each other.

Darui has the potential to be Raikage IMO. Don't know about Chojuro and Kitsuchi could be the the Tsuchikage even though he's not in Naruto's generation

Darui and Kitsuchi is surely on the bracket, but they are of Kakashi's generation. If Kurotsuchi could learn her grandfathers jinton and her father's high level earth jutsus her future will be bright. Chojuro must learn all seven swordsmen swords. Omoi hasn't show much aside from flowing lightning on his sword, if he can expand his kenjutsu and learn some more lightining jutsu like Raiton Armor, then he can probably compete.
