The FTG swuad seems awesome!

Who else thinks that the FTG guys look like badasses? They seem like they're each on Asuma's level, they were Minato's bodyguards after all. I wish Kishi would've thought about them eariler in the manga. I think they're cooler than Izumo and Kotetsu. Idk, that's just me thought. Whatcha think?
Also, this proves that they're skilled because they are taking on half-powered Muu along with the rubber guy and 1 other unknown ninja.

yeah I believe Genma did. But remember, Kishi doesn't always plan to make some characters to become stronger later on in the manga or more relevant. Take Hashi for instance

No, they were there from the beginning. Asuma showed up first, then Shikamaru and those two. That's why they were the ones to defeat Kakuzu in the manga, you know? When they cut him in fours? It was supposed to be a special revenge moment
