He didn't necessarily put in the kind of work you might give recognition for but he fought, what he thought, was a fight to the death.

Ems is not something Sasuke trained for. It was simply given to him by Tobidara.

Hagoromo power ups were handouts. They didn't train or fight for RSM and rinnegan.

Everything after KCM and MS were free power ups. Everything after was given or freely taken.

Madara proved to teh shinobi world that he is able to soloe strong ninjas even without having eyes plus he took izuna's eyes and worked hard to obtain new powerups...unlike sasuke who received them as gift from hagoromo

nah he wasting trying to build and and test it... he was overusing it and was being careless cause he had his new powers// he used it so much in one day he went blind... ems was a cover up from his own stupidity.

Sasuke didn't train for itachi's eyes. His eyes went kind and he got surgery to switch. No training to literally level up your eyes unlike with the 3 tomoes.

& Hagoromo simply said hey guys use my power, I'll split it for you.

That's proves even more how good he was if you ask me. He was already using Enton weapons against Danzo and kakashi. I don't think his gen improved that much(but I'm not sure) kyuubi susanoo is a good feat though, i still don't think he reached peak ems potential before he got the rinne upgrade, but that's just my opinion on it. It's not like he had that much time with it
