i was thinking of something like you know the sage chakra chart that they showed while he was learning sage mode and that well it added the 3rd part of the chart of the chakra system thing what if with the yin and the yang that when the yin part was sealed away with minato that somehow since there suppose to be 100% of total chakra that maybe the yang chakra from the 9 tails filled the void of the missing 50% ying so would make the 9 tails 100% yang chakra?

1st the 3rd chacra part u were talking about is the nature energy.
2nd I think Minato sealed away the yang chacra not yin (not so sure but still)
And I'm not so sure what u are trying to say but now that the Yang part is gone, within Naruto there is only Yin charca.

The yang chakra is dead but as seem with Oro their are ways to get back the chakra stolen from the death god. filling the another chakra with could fill in the gap.
If Naruto use sage mode while in rikudou mode could do it. Its possible that all that Natural energy wont be released after Naruto goes back to base mode. So every time he goes into rikudou mode he is also in sage mode.
The left over chakra that the kyuubi had was its yang. Since the biju were once one being their chakra restores itself. An example would be when Kushina said she will take the kyuubi with her to death. That way I can put off the kyuubi's resurrection
In time the chakra could be revived even death has no boundaries over the bijus.

i wasn't for sure but thought maybe sincethere awas empty space the yang was able to take the rest of the spot to make 100% or unless minato knew that it would be restored and thought well for now he only has to deal with half but later would probly be all of the 9 tails
