Minato's place, is just "Get to him"... So they just gotta go to where he is, so they can get the Yin chakra from him.

The seal "story", is that normally Minato would be able to teleport to Naruto, since his teleportation seal was integrated into the sealing jutsu. But now that Kurama is gone from Naruto, the seal is aswell - so this isn't possible anymore.
