The Fourth Shinobi World War is an ongoing conflict of 99 chapters long between the Allied Shinobi Forces and Akatsuki. it was the end of chapter 515 when Tobi declare war and it began to unfold within chapter 516 and i must say it has been a great show so far with a lot a blood shed and crying.

Technically the war arc is about half of that. That and the confining the jinchurukii arc are separate. Thats the arc where naruto and bee were training in the turtle and ended rite b4 Gaara's speech.
