Ninjutsu- Ninjutsu means "Ninja techniques" and it allows a person to perform techniques that they wouldn't be able to perform normally. It can be complexly manipulated in order to perform different tasks such as healing, shape transformation, and nature transformation. These techniques are fueled by chakra and hand seals can be used as a medium to help mold and manipulate chakra. Shape transformation deals with controlling the form, movement, and potency of chakra being harnessed. It is devastating by itself and can also be combined with nature transformation for a more devastating attack.
Elemental Ninjutsu- There are 5 basic elemental ninjutsu. Fire, water, earth, lightning, and wind. They require nature transformation which usually deals with changing the physical properties of chakra into a certain element. They all give different effects to jutsu when they are implemented.
Relationship- Cheating here and there but they are trying to work it out.
(Elemental Ninjutsu came from basic ninjutsu in an attempt to create new jutsu to be utilized in battle for offense, defense, or supplementary uses.)

Ninja 1's ninjutsu attack would be overpowered by Ninja 2's elemental attack which would continue on in a weaker state, but it all depends on if ninja 1's attack had any sort of shape manipulation. if it did then both attacks would cancel each other out.

Killing Intent is a jutsu that allows the user to give off their killing intentions which affects their opponents and other around them in battle. If the ranking between the target and the user is 2 ranks or more then they will become paralyzed with fear and will be unable to make normal movements. If the ranking is less than 2 then the effect isn't that great and it will have minor effects on the opponent like messing up a hand seal, tightly gripping or loosening up on a weapon, or even hesitating before their next attack.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

It is a form of paralysis used on animals or summons by forcing your chakra to hold them in place physically, giving you time to attack or run away. It can be broken by outside means, which I guess "outside" means would be breaking the users concentration, or by brute strength making it quite a not so reliable technique against boss summons or big summons.

Hmm, one move that comes to mind is Nagashi. Nagashi would be able to emit from my body without requiring me to move and it would travel to the opponent forcing him to stop the technique in order to dodge or counter.
