Gremmy pretty clearly states his imagination powers were still godly and that his body simply couldn't handle the powers his imagination gave him, that body is a creation of his imagination so he simply has to create a stronger one :lol

Gremmy a unfortunate victim of the powerscale of his series. Reminds of what happened to another character I think called rustyrose from another series with the same power.
