sasuke wins the 3rd he isnt that much slower than naruto he uses his s/t untill it needs to recharge witch will give him the league also his susanoo flys faster than naruto

By the time Sasuke managed to teleport, Naruto already dashed half way to his destination. And its a foot race. I'm not sure if teleportation is allowed, and Susanoo definitely isn't allowed. Its a foot race.

So? This is a long distance foot race. Different from a Taijutsu skirmish. Naruto has always been faster than Sasuke, Rikudo's power up isn't going to suddenly put them on par.

And again, THIS IS A FOOTRACE. Why are you talking about a FLYING Susanoo?

I wouldn't say ALWAYS. Sasuke was faster until KCM. Now I think Naruto is a bit faster.

Stop right there naruto didnt get faster than sasuke till km mode and im including part 1 aswell Sasuke blitz juubi jin Madara who was flying he has speed comparable to naruto's. However naruto probably has better reactions due to sensing. They clearly didnt start at the same time sasuke waiting for naruto to get close then he used it the race starts he uses it 3x in a row gets the league then wins with flying susanoo round 3 he said anything goes

Sasuke can run and jump around in susanoo, but not fly

Sasuke wins scene 1. His footspeed blitz Juubi jin Madara which is something Minato couldn't do with ftg. Scene 2 is just like scene 1 so Sasuke again. With Jutsu allowed flying Susanoo or Naruto should win.

Madaras foot speed > Minatos.

He would not be capable of blitzing SM Naruto.

Madara is slower than Tobirama (Stated) who's Shunshin is inferior to Minato's.
