I agree with everything you've said, except maybe the stuff about Sasuke getting the Rinnegan. We don't know how old exactly Madara was when he unlocked Rinnegan, but we know he was an old man already and he had Senju DNA in his body. Sasuke isn't old yet and doesn't have any Senju DNA. I don't know how Kishi is going to give Sasuke the Rinnegan AND explain why Sasuke got it so much earlier than Madara did in the remaining portions of the manga.
