Pretty sure the OBD has Raditz down for MFTL reactions (reacted a blast that blew up the moon almost instantaneously.) so I think anyone with a brain would say Raditz.

Take a brief look, it's specifically a troll attempt or bait attempt initiated by the Orginal poster he's done this a lot in the past. now I'm not sure about the others, those who think Raditz wins are obviously clueless about the flash' true capabilities, are fanboys, or just outright trolling or doing it for the laughs.

Hey, while I agree Flash > Raditz and others, I do heartily believe that some of the mid-tier~top-tier of the Dragon Ball universe (especially if you include GT) are greater than Flash. I once had an extended debate with someone on Gogeta Super Saiyan 4 vs Flash, I believe Gogeta wins, and for that matter, that others could to.
But that's another conversation for another time :win:
