Maybe, but I think it's the actor that plays Henry Allen, John Wesley Shipp.

Would be more interesting imo.

If that's the case remember I called it lol. Although since I said that the show has made it seem more like Shipp will play E2 Garrick. Which would be a nice nod since he played Flash originally.
