The Flash Episode 17 (Includes Spoiler[s])

Another awesome episode..The tension is really picking up now. But I'm looking to read people's opinions on the beginning of the episode

Where the Reverse Flash and The Flash were squabbling in Barry's house 15 years ago.
-As at the time the Reverse Flash left, Barry's mum was still alive right? Or did I interpret that scene wrongly
- Is it me? Or was it the Reverse Flash that scooped Young Barry and dropped him in the middle of the street?

no, reverse flash tried to kill barry, barry saved himself.
assuming reverse flash missed when barry snatched himself out of the way and proceeded to kill barry's mother instead.
^ only got to watch once, but i think thats how it went.

time travels always tricky. sucks being a fan of the comics because i pretty much deciphered majority of this in ep. 2

what i want to clear something up also, as we know the reverse flash at that time got stuck in the past because of the lack of speed force that he had .. but what about the adult barry that was fighting him? did he went back to his correct time or was he stuck there in the past with thawn?

Did anyone notice Barry's symbol changed to white in the flashback????

lol..time travelling stories are super awesome. Okay so we know at some point in time, present Barry is going to go back in time to reenact that sequence which means the Barry at the beginning of the episode actually knew that the Reverse Flash was going to kill his mum. Now there's a probability he let that happen because of the butterfly effect stuff (where if he saves his mum from Thawne, he might never end up becoming The Flash) but another question that arises is: From what time(year) did the Thawne at the beginning of the episode come from? Because if he travelled from the time line we are following, then he'll know he's going to lose his speed force. Could it be the Thawne at the beginning of that episode actually came from his own time in the far future where the flash is still alive? But that would mean we might not get to see The Flash travel back in time for a while.
And then again, all my speculation can be super wrong XD There are so many ways the show can go...its super freaking awesome :x3:

lool my brain hurts but ok i see what you are saying and the reverse flash that we saw, well i believe he must have came from his own time which is the 25 century and to get back to that time ofc he's going to need flash's help... but i really didn't get why does thawn really hates barry .. i wonder if eddie got to develop an intense hate for barry and past down that hatred to his descendants which is eabor... xD lol idk what i'm saying but meh...
