The Five Great Shinobi Nation Tournament

I saw in the new Naruto Ninja storm trailer several new things. Shisui and Itachi's backstory and fight, the origins of Akatsuki, that strange robot Naruto, etc. But what really caught my eye was Tsunade and the Kagaes proclaiming a five shinobi nation tournament towards the end. Now I'm wondering if this is how the manga will end, returning to the tournament theme of the chuunin exams where several of the main characters will be matched with each other and the final fight will be Naruto and Sasuke. Granted, it sounds like it would be a fairly long arc just like the chuunin exam and I may be jumping to conclusions thinking that Kishimoto would reveal his final plot like that, but could I be on to something?

The thread was going places until you mention naruto and sasuke now there going to be naruto solo everyone, noo sasuke solo everyone naruto a fodder, noo sasuke a fodder etc etc
