I'm thinking inner Sakura is an incomplete black zetsu limbo like jutsu, think about it, inner Sakura is Sakura will, all she has to do is manifest it for it to be complete.

Yes, I'm sure it is.
I named her sachi because, sachi was the daughter of the king ashura. Who fell in love with Indra. The king ashura was a demon like thingy, Indra kill him and married shachi, and she keep Indra from being evil lol.
