Tobirama and Minato have that S/T. Hashirama's power is hacked. So I'd say Hiruzen.

3rd will be the first to be sealed. Not because he is weak but because he usually seems like one to give his life for a reasonable will. For example he sacrificed his soul to the reaper death seal so he could stop orachimaru from destroying the leaf.

Tobirama has Edo Tensei...

I'd put it between Minato or Hiruzen...probably Minato because he'd go right for his son as a test thing or for Orochimaru's enjoyment...a passing of the tourch kinda thing.

That is of course if the Hokages are enemies!

Well I would assume IF they're put on the battlefield Tobirama would somehow break free from the Edo Tensei since I believe he knows how (like Madara did). And they'd probably end up fighting on the Shinobi Alliance's side so they probably won't be sealed at all.
Plus I'd like to see them try to seal two teleporters, an OP wood style user and .... an old man... ..

we have no proof that tobirama could teleport, using s/t techs doesnt necessarily mean teleportation. Summoning is a type of s/t tech, and so is s/t barrier
