I've been doing some calculations on who the final villain is, and I believe I have finally found the Final Villain.

Final Villain has 12 letters in it

Naruto has 6 Letters in it
12+6=18
Subtract 3 and you get 15
15=Ichigo( one and five in Japanese)
6 letters in Ichigo
6 letters in Barack
Ichigo=Obama
Obama has 5 letters in it.
Iruka was once 5 years old
Conclusion: Iruka is the final villian

It only makes sense since Iruka loathes the Kyuubi for killing his parents.
These are irrefutable mangaphaxx that I learned in chemistry so it's obviously true.
