Sasuke has some yet to be revealed yin ability. Seeing as yin creates form from nothing, sasuke could quite possible create new body parts for people. For all we know, this was just a way for kishi to now debut sasuke's new yin power and obito's actually going to survive... Until next week confirms it, kaguya's Kill list still sits at 0.

thats all hype and theories, Obito is a pile of ash right now. Sasuke has no time to recreate Obito's body in the middle of a battle, and he has no jutsu that can bring back Obito's soul.
