Naruto becomes Hokage and takes Konohamaru under his wing. Sakura becomes the chief medic of Konoha. Sasuke ends up on a good path, but still chooses to live outside the village and do under-the-radar type missions like Jiraiya.

Sasuke fights naruto and is defeated. Naruto can't kill him but takes from him whats most precious HIS EYES. Sasuke now blind goes mental and drops of into nothingness never to be seen again.........EVER......like never ever again. That or naruto just kills him

Not trolling or anything, but i'd be disappointed in Kishi if Sasuke doesn't die during/after the war.
