Chapter 1. Turning the tables
It's a dark and stormy night , as the two of them face each other at the Valley of the End. It's been a full 2 years since they've last exchanged blows . Naruto dawns his red cape showing is status as the Sage of Konoha. Sasuke standing on Madara's statue,Naruto on Hashirama's.
Naruto: Sasuke i wont hold back. If you really intend to destroy the Leaf I'll be forced to stop you.
Sasuke:Naruto.....I've already told you once before. You will be the one i kill first. If thats what you've agreed to, then let's settle it here.
Naruto: i guess i have no choice. Here.
Naruto reaches into his pocket and pulls out sasuke's old leaf headband.
Sasuke: Heh! What did you bring that garbage for?
Naruto: it's not garbage. It's proof that we're fighting on equal terms as leaf shinobi.
Sasuke has a flashback of Naruto saying the same thing once during their fight on the hospital roof.
Sasuke: I've long since cut my ties with that village. That same village who had my clan murdered! AND I WONT FORGIVE THEM FOR THAT!
Naruto: Heheh. I guess i should've known . But like i said before, i can understand your hatred, because i could've taken the same path. Its settled then..from here on out we communicate with our fists.
Naruto tosses over the headband towards sasuke, Sasuke tooses a kunai at the cloth of the band sending it flying into hashirama's statue.
Sasuke vanishes in blinding speed toward Naruto
He appears behind him with his sword drawn to naruto's back
Sasuke: Die!
He stabs Naruto through the back..piercing his heart . A puff of smoke appears
Sasuke: Hmph, same old tricks i see.
The real Naruto appears behind sasuke with sage mode activated. He sends sasuke flying with one punch.
Sasuke crashes into the chest of Madara's statue.
Sasuke: UGH!!
Naruto: not exactly the same old trick huh...
Naruto cracks a smile
Sasuke leaps over off the statue onto the water below.Naruto also leaps down.
Sasuke: i see. So you have been preparing for this moment. But i still stand by what i say. You will die by my hands.
Naruto : ( i could have killed sasuke with that punch..but i just cant. I know there is a way to win without killing him)
Sasuke activates his sharingan
Sasuke: (that wasnt a normal punch. If i take too many of those im done for)
Sasuke summons a large shuriken and throws it at naruto
Naruto easily jumps over the shuriken
Sasuke appears above Naruto's head aiming to drive his sword down through him.
Naruto snaps sasuke's sword in mid air in a similar fashion that he did to pain's chakra reciever.
Sasuke:!!!!
Sasuke thrusts his body in order to kick Naruto with a mid air roundhouse kick.
Naruto catches it with his elbow while while grinning at sasuke . Naruto pushes his leg away and punches sasuke in the stomach
Sasuke: !!!Uugh!!
Sasuke lands in the water.
Sasuke quickly pulls himself together and stands.
Sasuke: ..... (what the is going on?! He couldnt even touch me during our last fight until he used his nine tails.)
Sasuke has a flashback of him being the one sending Naruto flying back with one punch during their first battle
Naruto: You seem surprised sasuke.
Sasuke: i mustt admit Naruto , whatever training you've done. It worked..but you're still not my equal. Im not convinced yet.
Sasuke: Fire Ball jutsu!
Naruto dodges it but is met with five small shurken
He pulls out a kunai and deflects them... Sasuke quickly .comes behind him with a chidori
Naruto releases the chakra from his feet and falls into the water in order to dodge sasuke's attack
Sasuke: (he's gotten good)
Naruto creates a shadow clone under water to form a giant rasengan
The rotation from the giant rasengan causes a large whirlpool under sasuke.
With sasuke being sucked in Naruto jumps out high from under the water
Sasuke summons another large shuriken and throws it toward Naruto
It lands causing a puff of smoke killing off the clone
Sasuke: another one!?
Sasuke has now been sucked under water only to see naruto swimming toward him
Sasuke unleashes his full bady chidori causing a electrical current in the water..
Naruto is hit by the electricity..,...... somewhat stunned by the electricity he tries to swim up to escape sasuke' attack..
Sasuke follows
They both Shoot from the water forcefully.
Naruto : shadow clone Jutsu!
2 clones appear on each side of Naruto..they form a rasengan in each of the original's hands.
Sasuke: that wont work against me
Sasuke activates his Mangekyo Sharingan and forms the susanoo rib cage
Naruto's clones grab his arms and throw him toward sasuke..
Naruto smashes a rasengan to the front pair of susanoo's ribs.
Small cracks appear on susanoo's rib cage
Sasuke:!!!
Naruto: (what? Just like madara....?)
They both fall to the water and quickly dash back from each other.
Sasuke: Naruto You've improved you're definitely not the same loser u were in the past. But there is no way you escape this.
Sasuke's eye begins to bleed...
