i know this thread has been made a few times however. i would like to know more being that ima a fan of kakashi. besides i want my own thread aha. soooo... i noticed that kakasi was about to warp the juubi, however obito jumped in the way and got warped instead. i thinkn that this is the time for kishi to show us what kakashi has up his sleeve as an infamous ninja. i do still see to sides to this being that obito can be a possible winner due to his ocular prowess. so let mwe know what you think will happen.

I like Kakashi but he can't possibly win.

If you were all such Kakashi fans then surely you'd want him to have an awesome death and have his story finished? So he'll be remembered forever?

your just in denial.

Denial? I haven't been proved wrong yet LOL.

I'm just saying more people cared about Neji after he died and people remember Minato and Itachi better because of their iconic deaths. Kakashi should be the same. A character can still be awesome from beyond the grave.

you are right however, kakashi will not be defeated. he is a better strategist than obito. regardless of power its not everything.

This. Besides, putting strength aside, the story cries for Obito's defeat at the hands of Kakashi. Just like it cried for Tobi to turn out to be Obito. It's simply a much more logical choice plot-wise.

With something as character-driven and monumental as this I really doubt character strength is going to come into it. Kishimoto has decided the direction he wants to take and this is just the means for him to do that, one of them will die. It could go either way, i'm just on the Obito wins side for the fact that it helps carry the plot. Plot decides character strength, not the other way around.

I absolutely agree on the bolded sentence. But, that's exactly why I believe Kakashi will win. He's the main character and he needs his time to shine. This will also be the way of confronting his past, which is what he struggled against ever since the end of Kakashi Gaiden. A perfect finale for a third main character's story if you ask me - overcoming his weaknesses and repairing his faults.
