Ashura was clearly going to try to give the village water himself, but failed to do so, And the people themselves choice to help.

Indra was about to do it alone, okay.
If Ashura had the power they both would have had the same result

THe sages reasoning is flawed.

LMAO, nevermind after digging depper into the filler, Indra said exactly what I said.
And the Sage told him it was because of Love, lol
Didn't his love for Ashura turn him into this person?

Probably, but that supports hago point that people would never follow someone overly powerful who's distant from the people. It would just lead to fear of that individual and not really unity or a tight bond. Ashura was more better with people because he relied and worked with them before (in his life in general) because he couldn't do it on his own. In contrast Indra did everything alone and made no bond with people, hence him killing his followers for MS. If Ashura was born like Indra than perhaps things would have been the same, however as things were Ashura was more caring, and having power wouldn't stop that.

IDK if the manga and filler presented the point well, but I think Hago's point is having to struggle and getting help from ppl makes you realize the importance of bonds with ppl more and you come to value ppl and those bonds. When you've never needed help, you've never been in a position to learn the importance of bonds and the value of ppl (which is BS IMO...you can be powerful and still value ppl....I hate how Kishi essentially demonizes talented ppl).

Either you still don't get it or you're just trying to instigate. Answering questions doesn't = giving guidance on story structure unless we know what questions were asked. If I asked someone what's your favorite animal and type of dog and they reply with blue and German Shepherd then I write a story about a wild blue German Shepherd attacking people that doesn't mean the person I asked helped with the story structure. Also what chapter of the manga exactly did that happen in? I'll wait.

Yeah hagoromo too picked Ashura over indra , and you just can't know how much kishi was involved in this , this all may be his ideas and the animators animated them , or he just gives them general ideas and they change with them , we just can't know , all we know that kishi is involved

Exactly so why are you saying this is definitive proof it's canon when it's not proof.

lmao your right.

In the Manga, talented people are usually douche-bags.

Right, so you saying things like "this is canon now" or "the Ootsuki background is now canon" are not accurate until we know what Kishi helped with if anything, answering questions isn't the same as guiding the story.
