I have a theory about how Kishi can make Naruto=Sasuke... The manga is ending and we were promised a fight but it doesn't mean it had to be a physical one...
* I think when this is all over everything naruto fought for will happen, just not how we think
* Sauce will somehow sacrifice himself and take on infinite tsukiomi to save everybody else
* with sasuke under genjutsu he will divide the world into two places making a place where he is hokage and his clan is restored....
* this will allow Nardo to be hokage and still know that he was able to bring sasuke back to the village...
* this is why kaguya needed an army, this is why she has a dimensional jutsu...
* by doing this ashura and Indra can rest and part of the circle of hate can stop
