My gf hated it lol I haven't seen it or read it but my stepsister is in love with it. She fangirled all month that it was announced to be out, even cried when she thought she wasn't going to be able to watch it the day it came out. I wanted to ***** slap her cuz it got annoying after the second day but meh. I might watch the movie online tomorrow. She already told me what happens....so, I won't be surprised.

It's actually a really great book even though I cried for like three days about it and never touched that book again. But yea, I loved it xD But it's like they do all this cutesy stuff and then it just rips your heart out near the end :|
Yeah the end was really sad. :/

I really liked the book and so did my gf though it is really really pretentious. I do agree with @Blinkie Uchia it did romanticize cancer a little bit but to me that didnt take away from the story cause I kinda dont have a realistic view on cancer. The book is by far better than the movie though. The movie had sub par acting :/
