I'm just saying when you're everywhere it's not exactly speed. It's like me putting an apple on every spot in the universe and saying it's omnipresent via speed. It's kind of a misconception imo.

Top tengen guren Lagan Massively FTL (hundreds of trillions times faster than the speed of light, albeit its off-set somewhat by the mecha's huge size)

Bills (DBZ) massively FTL (comparable to whiss in terms of speed, flew from bills temple to king Kai's planet in only 28 minutes a
distance that appears to be 100 light years long)

Sailor galaxia (sailor moon) Massively FTL (flew to the center of the galaxy in what seemed like a few moments, explored the universe by going around destroying planets)

Omnipresent is the fastest speed that could be bought in a debate
FTL (faster then light)

These are all the ones I know according to my knowledge, if you have any other characters that are fast please list below.

Obviously the answer would be Buu, or someone else from DBZ.

Bills actually flies to Earth bypassing a good portion of a galaxy. That's provably light speed.

He and whiss are the only one in the whole DB verse to have FTL speeds ...others being relativistic to sub-reltavistic at best.

Bills temple isn't as far as you thank. Possibly relativistic, but FTL is just.. If I remember correctly, the temple isn't in another galaxy, but another dimension.

Average galaxy from earth is 10 light years, with his 5 billion miles.

186,282 per second is light speed. If he got from there to the kai planet in 28 minutes, he is NOWHERE near ftlight speed. At the most, he would've gotten there in 5-9 minutes. Relativistic :|

Ive been on many debates on other forums and people confirm he's above FTL his speed was even calc'd at being FTL and above ....

Interstellar space travel from Bills' world to King Kai’s world. Took 28 minutes. And even has his speed calc'd at being massively FTL.

Going by time frame, it took even LESS to reach Earth from King Kai’s planet.

That’s MFTL right there and he did it casually.
