who guys do uthink are the fastest 10 ninja alive without special powers or jutsus

Without special powers or jutsu? That's nearly impossible to quantify, but the top few speedsters in general would be

• 1. BM Naruto
• 2. Minato
• 3. RM Naruto
• 4. Gated Gai
• 5. Nagato
• 6. Killer Bee
• 7. A
• 8. Jiraiya

Then....Sasuke? Kakashi? Itachi? Orochimaru? I don't know lol, everyone else. But there's too many characters to think of who's fastest off the top of my head, so I probably forgot a few or misplaced.

Judging by everyone else standards, my list is probably really, really, really bad. Especially since I would have taken A straight off the list and rearranged quite a bit lol, and by 99% of NB, A not being in the number 2 spot at least is probably complete bull. But yeah.

Yeah, exactly. I'm sorry that Kishi doesn't outright scream THIS CHARACTER IS FAST sometimes but if you actually payed attention to the panels, you'd be surprised.

I don't mean Base Gai or some shit like that, I'm talking full powered considering he moves fast enough to create friction in the air and light fires. A is horribly overrated.
