Near : *facepalms*, i know that you are writing on a music sheet but what are you writing exactly? music notes?

Daybreak gets back into a confrontation with the same kids who jumped him from behind. He had some weapons, but it would not be good if he killed his someone on his 5th week in this country/town/place thing. He happened to be in front of Luna & Near's (Sk, you should've named your character something to do with Light. ) residence.

"Come on! Give me a break. Why won't any of you fight me one on one? "

"My jaw. Still hurts from last time", the fat one, presumably the leader says.

"If it's money you wan-"

"I'd like that. And to whoop your ass at the same damn time!"


Daybreak wasn't a coward. He wasn't going to kill anyone with a weapon, though he was obviously outnumbered. He puts up his custom fighting style stance, and then they all rush at him at the same time. He moves to the left, and trips the boy on the left who was wearing a blue jean jacket with a white T-Shirt, and pushes him. He falls to the floor. The fat one grabs his arm that was sticking out, but then Daybreak kicks him in his groin, the uppercuts him. He gets knocked down, but not out, when suddenly, he gets hit in his leg with a baseball bat, made of wood, the same one he was recently shot in.

He yells in agony, alerting a lot of attention, but no one cared to do anything. The fat one grabs his leg suddenly, and he trips falls as he tried to move out the way.

Luna: Music notes and lyrics why? -looks at near-

Yuki: -finds the card and sighs- At least I found the card so to get the kids some clothes to wear for the ceremony.

Near : we going to a ceremony with mom so come down with me.

The fat kid back hand punches him in the face while he's on the ground.
He spits blood out his mouth "Is that all you got?"
The fat kid hits him 5 more times in the face, but he still remains concious.

This all happening in front of Near and Luna's residence, it would only take a peek out a window to see what was going on.

*Near heard some noise outside and saw some bunch of kids beating up on a kid*

Near : This is bad..... *Near rushes downstairs and opens his door and runs with full speed toward the fat kid and with all his body weight pushing the fat kid away making him fall to the ground*, What the hell are you doing?!!!! do you wanna kill the guy?

Yuki: I just saw your brother go outside. -walks with luna to the door-

The fat kid was going to get up and try to hit Near, however, his crew held him back.

"Hey, you dumb! That kid lives right there, we need to get out of here fore' his moms calls the cops or sumfin!"
"Yeah man, I ain't going to juvenile again! They'll hurt me again!" Said the kid with the bat.
"The fat boy looked at you with a disgusted look. He spits on the ground, shakes his friend's hands off of his back, and then runs away."

Daybreak tries to stand back up, but the blood leaking from a partially opened bandage wouldn't let him. "Weak..."

He remains on the ground sitting up, and turns around to look at Near. The face was so familiar.

"Hey... Th-Thanks..."

Yuki and luna were already at the front door.

"I know this kid. You were suppose to be taken care of at kagari's company. Take him to the car near, luna you go as well. I'll lock the door."

Luna: Okay. -runs over to the car and holds the door open-

Near : Alright!!! *Near gets out from the car with the kid as they reach the hospital*, This kid is bleeding badly plz help!!!!

*The doctors rush to near as they pick up the kid and place him inside a room to treat him*

Near : Alright lets hope he gets better now..

"I don't know. I was riding my motorcycle and the kid ran out infront of me. Of course I didnt hit him but matsuda and I took him to kagari's company and they took him to the infirmary. Though I dont know why he is out."

Daybreak yells a bit out of the pain he went through. The anesthesia didn't help at all. But moments later, they patch him up like a Pokemon center.

"Thank you, he tells the doctor."

Of course, he gave the man his entire wallet because he didn't feel like counting any money. "When will I be able to get out?"

"When your parents come over, the doctor states."

He waits for the doctor to leave.
