The problem with this train of thought is it doesn't solve anything. You kill the beast and then they juubi can no longer threaten the world. And then all is wel? You think that will solve all? The reason they came to being in the first place was because of the terrible warring humans were doing in the first place.

It was so bad Kaguya sought the fruit to quell the fighting.....

the NV ended up with the Juubi for her efforts. Madara sought world peace through Infinite Tsukuyomi. For his efforts he awoke Kaguya and almost succeeded in turning everyone into white zetsu.

So now there is Sasuke, he wants to kill the 5 Kage (who are loved by their respective villages) and kill the bijuu whom the Shinobi world has just begun to come to good terms with...

You think everyone in the world is just going to accept this? You think Bee would except this? You think chojiro is going to be okay with Mei's death? You think Kankuro and Tamrai are going to be okay with Gaara's death?

2. It wouldn't solve anything. If he stopped Sasuke, Indra's next reincarnation would be even worse and the cycle would never end.
