why hinata didn't say anything about tobis(obito) eye having the same chakra as kakashi's, Ao was able to tell Danzo's eye belonged to shisui

Maybe because she doesn't know what Obito's Chakra look like. I'm sure she has to met him first. Of course, Hashirama DNA inside of Obito might have change it or something.

´Maybe it wasn't active, since he didn't do anything he might not have been using chakra through it. He can stay intangible for about 5 minutes so it's not unrealistic. Though he did use it in the end.

Also how would Hinata know it was a sharingan anyway? Ao knew that Danzo was using KA since he had seen it before.. If he hadn't he would never have realized. This is by no chance a mistake..

the byakugan can see chakra, chakra flow and chakra networks. Kakashi was right next to her and she had also seen at least one more wielder in the past: Sasuke. don't just try to downplay this. it has been pointed out many times so far: there are plot holes in Naruto.

Yup this has been bothering me too, kakashi's sharingan also can decipher individual's chakras but he never took a look at tobi's chakra to see who he was apparently...

it is weird... i guess to a certain extent the zetsu material must be distorting the original chakra. but still it is weird given that at least half of Obito is Obito and not Zetsu. sb ought to had noticed sth and made a comment: 'this guy's chakra has sth familiar'

hmmm... to be frank i don't remember that, and i am too lazy to reread part 1; during the chunin exams maybe? though not being shown in the manga to watch Sasuke doesn't mean it did or didn't happen. and at the end of the day Kakashi was standing right next to her. Obito was right in front of her. let's put two and two together
