See, I thought about this, but Hogoromo literally needed certain conditions to be met.

Obito didn't do anything for this to happen other than use Kamui. On top of that Hogoromo is one of the originators of chakra.

Not only that, but he had already given his Juubi chakra to Naruto.

People are more confused than Sasuke even though Sasuke and them had seen it in a different perspective i.e. we saw (idk about the bird brained people[/]) Obito used Kamui a Space & Time to reform as chakra and then transferred a "temporary" chakra (himself) power/ms to Kakashi, and Sasuke, Naruto, Black Zetsu, and Sakura just saw him use Susano'o from nowhere.
The next chapter might go into more detail (correct).

Indra had PS with only MS.

The only asspull in this chapter is Kakashi instantly awaking PS, it should have been done over the next few chapters. If Kishi has a reason for it though, I'm willing to accept.

The same thing happened on the Base when Minato entered SM against Madara, yet Kishi explained the whole situation in the next couple of chapters.
