this is absolutley Madara (tobidara) speaking with konan....thats why he called her a little girl becuz he is older then her...and thats why it doesnt make sense if it was obito who said that becuz obito is younger then konan....



-also notice how Tobidara said "don't underestimate the powers of an Uchiha child "..becuz he was refering to Obito , in the same way he called konan a little girl (tobidara was taking full controll of obito)..

Obito is PRETENDING to be Madara, so he would naturally act like he is older than Konan. And he also said "Don't underestimate the powers of an Uchiha, Child" not, "Don't underestimate the powers of an Uchiha Child". He is telling Konan not to underestimate the uchiha and that she is a child, rather than telling her not to underestimate the powers of a certain Uchiha Child, due to the aforementioned pretending to be Madara. Comma's are important. Otherwise "Lets eat, Grandma!" would be a horrible thing to say.

Also, since Obito was around 30 at that point, he hardly counts as a Child.

Dude, it was Izuna that killed Konan. If you look when he breaks his mask off his left-most eyelash is identical to Izunas. Also when he finds Nagatos body if you look in the white flowers it spells out "Izuna solos Tobidara". He loses his power after this fight however cause Tobidara to gain control. However since Izuna whooped Tobidara so hard Obito had the power to overcome him and regain himself.
