Looks: As such, Kimblee's manner of dress after leaving the penitentiary is an all-white suit with a matching fedora and purple tie. He ties his long, black hair into a neat ponytail, leaving two long strands loose in the front. He is tall and thin with piercing eyes colored amber. He has two tattoos one on the each of his palms. These are actually his seal that is used to seal the Nine Tail's chakra inside of him.
Personality: Kimblee is as much a philosopher as he is a psychopath. A gentleman artist through and through, he considers his clan's ability with explosions to be of the highest "Art" and aims to make them as "beautiful" as possible in terms of scope, destructive capability and sound - sound apparently being the most important criterion based on his oft-showcased keen ear for explosives and his manic enthusiasm for loud eruptions.
Not so much immoral as amoral, he stands as an inquisitive, apathetic observer most of the time, assessing people and situations while throwing out morality and the concept of grey areas as contaminating factors. Driven by such mindsets as "survival of the fittest" and "to the victor go the spoils", Kimblee takes great pleasure in determining whether the will and/or strength of one person or party is capable of overpowering those of another and genuinely respects people of strong will and unshakable conviction, but cares little to nothing for human lives that are affected or even lost as a consequence of the conflicts that arise. Even his own life is accountable to his unconventional ideals and he is only too glad to put his existence on the line.
Cool and mannerly, Kimblee is an avid philosopher and skilled rhetorician who argues his viewpoints well enough to silence most naysayers. However, he seems aware that his mindset and actions are not in tune with the popular veins of thought and actively shrouds these with gentlemanly decorum and clever semantics. As an analyst of human nature, Solf J. Kimblee understands exactly what needs to be said in order to hide his "heresy" from those who would not understand him. He is shown to be a very cal-culating and methodical man, able to seemingly perceive any and all matters at hand and use this information to better manipulate the situation, making him all the more dangerous.

Background Info
History:
Solf was born in the Land of Fire. He grew up being trained in hand to hand combat and kenjutsu but also chakra control at a early age. He is being know to have a great chakra control and hand to hand combat. He joined the academy at the age of 6. Solf was a killing machine and would kill anyone cross his path. He pass the exam with the highest scores. (blah blah) He left home at the age of 12. His father wasn't mad at this move he made and thought it was time for his son to see the world.
As Solf is exploring the world he came back when the Nine Tail attacked the Hidden Leaf village and he a medical ninjutsu that always came along with him named Korra. She would follow him everyone with him. Solf after the Nine Tail attack he had Korra seal the Nine Tail's chakra into his body creating the seals you see on his hands to hold the chakra into his body so he could use it to his advantage.
Years go by after gaining the chakra of the Nine Tail which was roughly 6 years ago when he was 21. Solf now has control over the chakra and its hatred chakra.

- Solf is a specialist of Wind Nature which he can use with one hand seal.
- Being a Pseudo Jinchuriki he has a high chakra reserve which is +300 then normal.

Description: The user begins releasing red chakra as he enters this state, his right arm turning into a demonic claw due to the nine tails chakra not properly being combined with his own chakra. He is then enveloped in a red aura cloak with three tails and long ears. He also Gets red Oval pupils and fangs as well as his nails on the remaining hand and feet growing into small claws. The chakra cloak is capable of intensly burning the opponent on touch. Whilst in this form Sora gets a bonus to wind and taijutsu techniques and is capable of moving at enhanced speeds.
Note: The transformation only lasts for 5 turns and only Sora can use it.

Description: When entering this mode, the user will roar which sends a surge of red chakra up to short range into the air as he is then completely enveloped in a black cloak of chakra with four tails, much like a minature kyubi but with spikes protruding from his head. Anyone who touches the cloak is burnt from intense heat. While in this form, he gets a boost bonus to his wind techniques, gaining the ability to perform them without handseals. In this form, the user can move on all fours and run at high speeds, matching that of Naruto in his chakra shroud form.
Note: Can only be used by Sora.
Note: Can only be used twice, after each usage, the user cannot activate it for at least 4 turns. Should it end, the user is left unable to use any Bijuu jutsu above A rank or Ninjutsu above S rank for two turns.
Note: The Transformation lasts maximum of 5 turns.
Note: Cannot use Biju techniques. - Solf has access to some unique jutsus also when in his Jinchuriki states.

Description: A basic skill available to all tailed beasts and their Jinchurkis, the chakra shockwave is as dramatic as it is useful. A tailed beast uses its massive chakra reserve to turn anything from a roar or a simple wave of a limb into a powerful force of pressure and destruction. When Naruto was in control while using Kurama's power, he demonstrated powerful shockwaves by roaring or by simple movement of his arms. When enraged or when Kurama took control of his body, he has been shown to use explosions with powerful wave of his arms by slamming them on the ground. The ability varies in power, depending on the chakra mode the user is in and the chakra he puts into it but can only be used from time to time and never in focused or precise ways. In their Complete Transformation, the technique gains +20 damage.

Description: An incomplete, smaller and less powerful version of the full Tailed Beast Ball, this attack can be used by Jinchurikis and Pseudo Jinchuriki's while in their incomplete transformations. Like its original full version, the Tailed Beast Ball is a statement of the massive amount of powerful chakra contained inside the Bijuu but manifested into a massive chakra ball or into a beam of destructive chakra. To form the attack, they gather both positive black chakra (+の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura), and negative white chakra (−の白チャクラ, mainasu no shiro chakura), shape it into a sphere, and then compress it in front of their mouth. Then they can either release it as a sphere attack or swallow it, releasing afterwards a massive beam of chakra much faster than the projectile version. The black and white chakra needs to be balanced at an 8:2 ratio respectively or it will backfire.

Description:
Using the power of their bijuu to boost their physical abilities, the Jinchuriki is able to dash and move at incredible speeds. While doing so, the user will move and run on all fours (if applicable) and display a movement much more in tune to the animal traits his bijuu possesses. The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.
