1. he bestows Sasuke and the rest the will of fire to join the Allied forces and they do exactly that
2. he quickly moves to the battlefield to engage Madara
3. he lets the other Kages handle Madara instead of himself but does not release the edo tensei
4. he releases the edo tensei of all four kages to rest in peace

also what do you think will be the reaction of Madara and Obito when they see any of the Hokages especially Hashirama
5. Madara would piss his pants and run
6. Madara would be shocked but shout 'bring it on'

Good questions! I don't see Hashirama's story ending with Sasuke turning good, but I'm sure Hashirama and Madara will meet. Madara will be more than happy to fight him again.

I still see Sasuke being the anti-Konoha Third Party with Orochimaru until he fights Naruto, then starts to see his wrongs when met up with his generation being a light in the black. In short, Naruto wins the fight and the rest of the Konoha 12 give him a great big hug.

The four will engage the main threat (because every one has their own reasons for wanting to be in the battlefield). But this is tricky. What if Orochimaru doesn't allow them to? For them to be out of his control, they have to disable it themselves in the same manner that Madara did. The second idea is that Orochimaru sees the main threat as a hindrance to his way of life and will help to stop it, but then remain his own group after the fight is over.

Madara wouldn't be scared of Hashirama if he did make an appearance, which i dont believe he will. Madara has the rinnegan now and seems extremely confident in his power.
on another note...
sasuke has his chance to talk to all of the hokages that matter...
wouldn't you think he'd want a chance to talk to the eldest uchiha member alive?
Sasuke would have many questions for Madara in my opinion.
furthermore, this fight will not end without sasuke meeting madara.
If i had to guess, sasuke is going to be a big roll in taking down madara and become the greatest uchiha to have ever lived
naruto is going to finish what his father started and take down Obito, and be praised as the greatest hokage since Hashirama.
just my theory though.
