Alright.
I think it's common knowledge that Madara is the one responsible for Rin's death and that he merely set Kakashi and her up in that particular situation in order to gain Obito's trust. Also, I think Obito will discover this or get Talk-no-jutsu'ed into turning good and betraying Madara. Besides, it's pretty apparent Madara is going to back stab Obito any way.
Madara's "Eye of the Moon Plan" consist of him gaining access to Kamui, trapping the allied shinobi force within it, projecting his eye of the face of the moon (with the Juubi's chakra) and then using Amaterasu to burn it away, and use Izanagi to create a new planet, releasing his captives from their parallel prison and ruling over them.
If not that, something similar.
Now Orochimaru and Sasuke. I believe there going to meet the previous Hokage's as a result of that scroll. They will gain access to the spirit world where Orochimaru will obtain his arms and also get the Kyuubi's other chakra. Why, because I believe Madara has the curse mark.
Okay, Okay. Here me out! Remember the craze in 593 where Madara was touching his neck?! Everyone thought that he had the curse mark, but that theory was quickly dismissed although not entirely impossible ...:shrug: Think about it. Kabuto and Orochimaru had experimented on his body, developing him past his prime.
What if during that time, Orochi gave him the curse mark just as a back up plan of some sort? WHY you say. Because Sasuke kicked his ass blue that's why. If he can't have him, might as well go to something better. But back to the topic at hand!
Sasuke will get the information he wants and then proceed to kill Orochi. I mean, come on guys. He has no other use for him. I don't think Sasuke will get necessarily a new mode or anything but during his fight with Orochimaru discover that Itachi gave him the Totsuka Sword of Sealing and the Yata Mirror Shield.
Kishimoto would not just introduce them as two of the most powerful weapons and then just disgard them! Nooooooo he had a purpose that included on Sasuke going to Naruto's area where Orochimaru has somehow resurrected himself with the Kyuubi's chakra (Bee would've been captured at this point), takes over Madara's body, infuses the Kyuubi and Hachibi with the Gedo Mazo and attempt to become it's host .... but then Sasuke shows up, seals him and then as a team ...
Naruto and Sasuke save the world from the complete Juubi!
After that, they will have their climatic battle, Sasuke will come to the good side and Naruto will become Hokage ...
